The Walk has its World Premiere in New York City at the 14th year of the Soho International Film Festival. Adam, the film’s director Jonny Stern and contributing writer Laura Kenner.

Adam and The Walk were featured in a 15 minute segment on TV station, TVA. The segment aired on the evening program, December 7, 2023.

The German Premiere of The Walk was another sold out event. 90 people were present at the showing and presentation. This was the first time showing the film to a mostly German-speaking audience.

Out of 1600 film submissions, The Walk was chosen for an award in the 30th edition of the Regensburg International Short Film Festival.

An event to help fight Antisemitism and raise funds for Magen David Adom, featured a sold out theater with 200 people who were treated to a showing of The Walk and discussion by the filmmaker.

It started it all….Adam was walking through the city and his friend pointed to a building and remarked: “…that used to be a concentration camp.” He is now using the result in his award-winning short film “The Walk”.

In this short film, filmmaker Adam Fried deals with the history of the Colosseum subcamp in Regensburg, but also with his own development. The film recently celebrated its world premiere in New York….

Adam was a speaker at the SBJFF and The Walk played to a packed house.
